First Impact is a live communication company. We design and produce corporate broadcasts, town halls, webinars, hybrid and multi-site events for organizations whose audiences are no longer in one room.
Who we are
We sit between corporate communication and broadcast production. That is an unusual place to be, and it is deliberate.
Most organizations can find an audiovisual supplier. Fewer can find a partner who understands what a leadership message is supposed to achieve, what an internal audience will tolerate, and how a broadcast should be directed so that a distributed audience stays with it from beginning to end.
We are based in Mexico and work with corporations, multinationals, international organizations, institutions and the agencies that support them. Our productions run in Spanish, English and mixed-language formats, with simultaneous interpretation where the audience requires it.

What we hold to.
Communication first
We start with what the organization needs the audience to understand, feel and do. The technical design follows from that, never the other way around.
Live has no second take
Everything we plan assumes the moment happens once. Rehearsal, redundancy and clear responsibilities are part of the production, not an upgrade.
Calm on the day
The best sign of a well-produced broadcast is that nobody in the organization had to think about it. Our job is to absorb the complexity.
Human production
Technology is a means. Direction, pacing, framing and rhythm are what make a message land, and those are human decisions.
