First Impact is a live communication company. We design and produce corporate broadcasts, town halls, webinars, hybrid and multi-site events for organizations whose audiences are no longer in one room.
Who we are
First Impact is the international live-production brand created by the team behind Castelein AV, combining more than 25 years of production experience in Mexico with a dedicated focus on corporate broadcasts, hybrid events and international agency support.
We sit between corporate communication and broadcast production. That is an unusual place to be, and it is deliberate.
Most organizations can find an audiovisual supplier. Fewer can find a partner who understands what a leadership message is supposed to achieve, what an internal audience will tolerate, and how a broadcast should be directed so that a distributed audience stays with it from beginning to end.
We are based in Mexico and work with corporations, multinationals, international organizations, institutions and the agencies that support them. Our productions run in Spanish, English and mixed-language formats, with simultaneous interpretation where the audience requires it.

First Impact was founded by Aymeric Castelein and Eric Zwanenburg, combining decades of experience in audiovisual technology, live production and international events. Born from Castelein AV, First Impact focuses on creating and delivering memorable productions — backed by Castelein AV's experienced team, technical expertise and production infrastructure.
Aymeric Castelein
Managing Director
Originally from Belgium, Aymeric Castelein has lived in Mexico for 23 years. He is Managing Director of First Impact and founder of Castelein AV, bringing more than two decades of leadership and experience in audiovisual technology and live events.

Eric Zwanenburg
Commercial Director
Originally from the Netherlands, Eric Zwanenburg has lived in Belgium and Spain, and lived and worked in the Dominican Republic, Canada and Mexico. Having called Mexico home for 26 years, he brings an international perspective to his role as Commercial Director of First Impact, supported by extensive experience in live production, broadcasting, business development and digital marketing.

What we hold to.
Communication first
We start with what the organization needs the audience to understand, feel and do. The technical design follows from that, never the other way around.
One live moment, fully rehearsed
Everything we plan assumes the moment happens once. Rehearsal, redundancy and clear responsibilities are part of the production, not an upgrade.
Calm on the day
The best sign of a well-produced broadcast is that nobody in the organization had to think about it. Our job is to absorb the complexity.
