About First Impact
What is First Impact?
First Impact is a professional live production company specializing in corporate broadcasts, executive communications, town halls, webinars, hybrid events, multi-location productions and event broadcasting.
Is First Impact an AV company?
First Impact comes from professional AV production, but our focus is the connected layer of live events: broadcast, streaming, remote speakers, online audiences and multi-location communication.
What is the relationship between First Impact and Castelein AV?
First Impact grew from years of professional audiovisual production experience through Castelein AV. Castelein continues as a technical production company, while First Impact specializes more deeply in corporate broadcasting and connected live production.
Why was First Impact created?
Because streaming, hybrid and connected productions were already becoming an increasingly important part of the work our clients asked us to deliver.
Corporate Broadcasting
What is corporate live production?
Corporate live production is the professional production of live communications for employees, customers, stakeholders or other audiences.
How is this different from a normal Teams or Zoom meeting?
Teams and Zoom are distribution and communication platforms. Professional production adds cameras, broadcast audio, graphics, live direction, presentation management, speaker coordination, recording, monitoring and production reliability.
When does a company need professional broadcast production?
It becomes especially valuable when the communication is important, senior leadership is involved, the audience is large or distributed, multiple locations participate, or failure would significantly affect the event or organization.
Executive Broadcasts
What is an executive broadcast?
A professionally produced live communication featuring senior leadership, such as CEO updates, strategic announcements or stakeholder communications.
Can an executive broadcast be produced from our office?
Yes. Offices, boardrooms, auditoriums, studios and event venues can all potentially be used depending on connectivity, acoustics, lighting and production requirements.
Can executives participate remotely?
Yes. Remote executives can be integrated into the same production after appropriate technical testing.
Can the broadcast be private?
Yes, depending on the platform and required access-control level.
Town Halls
What is a professionally produced corporate town hall?
A live production connecting leadership with employees across one or multiple locations.
Can multiple offices participate?
Yes. Multiple offices or facilities can watch, present, ask questions or participate actively.
Can employees ask questions live?
Yes. Q&A can be incorporated through microphones, chat, moderated questions or the client's chosen platform.
Can town halls be recurring?
Yes. Recurring town halls are particularly well suited to First Impact Live Partner.
Webinars
Do you produce webinars?
Yes. First Impact can manage speaker preparation, remote connections, graphics, presentations, streaming, recording and technical direction.
Which platforms can you use?
Depending on the project, platforms can include Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube and other professional streaming environments.
Can you manage remote speakers?
Yes. Technical checks, rehearsals and live speaker coordination can be included.
Can webinars be recorded?
Yes. Recording and post-production can be included.
Hybrid Events
What is a hybrid event?
A hybrid event combines an in-person production with remote audience members, speakers or additional locations.
Is hybrid just livestreaming the stage?
No. A strong hybrid production treats the remote audience as part of the experience rather than as passive viewers.
Can remote speakers appear inside the venue?
Yes. Remote participants can be shown on LED screens, projection or other displays and integrated into the room's audio system.
Can online participants ask questions?
Yes, depending on the interaction platform and production format.
Multi-Site Productions
Can First Impact connect multiple offices?
Yes. Multiple offices, venues or cities can be connected into one live production.
Can locations be in different countries?
Yes, depending on connectivity and production requirements.
Does all equipment have to come from Mexico?
No. For international productions, local technical infrastructure can be combined with First Impact production direction where appropriate.
Event Broadcasting
Can you livestream conferences and corporate events?
Yes.
Can you work with our existing AV company?
Yes. First Impact can handle the broadcast layer while another provider manages physical room AV.
Can you work with agencies?
Yes. First Impact can act as a specialist broadcast partner and can collaborate white-label where appropriate.
Can you support international agencies working in Mexico?
Yes. Supporting international agencies and production companies working in Mexico is an important part of what we do.
Platforms
Where can you stream our event?
Depending on requirements: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, private viewing environments, client platforms and custom streaming destinations.
Can you stream to multiple destinations?
Yes, where appropriate.
Can viewers watch internationally?
Usually yes, subject to the restrictions and availability of the selected platform.
Reliability
What internet connection is required?
It depends on the production. Upload bandwidth, stability, dedicated access and backup connectivity should be evaluated.
What happens if the internet fails?
Mission-critical productions can be designed with redundant connectivity and backup workflows.
Do you test before going live?
Yes. Professional productions normally include technical testing and may include rehearsals and speaker checks.
Do you provide backup systems?
Redundancy is designed according to the requirements, risk level and budget of the production.
Recording & Content
Is the broadcast recorded?
Recording can be included.
Can you record individual cameras?
Yes, if included in the production design.
Can you create highlights afterwards?
Yes. Post-production can include edited recordings, highlights and shorter content.
Can you add subtitles or translations?

Planning
How far in advance should we contact you?
As early as possible for complex productions, although feasibility depends on location, crew, equipment and production requirements.
Do you provide site inspections?
Yes, where appropriate.
Do we need a technical brief?
No. Clients can come to First Impact with the communication objective. We translate that objective into a production plan.
Pricing
How much does professional livestreaming cost?
Pricing depends on cameras, locations, speakers, crew, platform, production hours, connectivity and redundancy requirements. We do not force every production into a fixed package. Tell us what you are planning and we will design the production around it.
Do you offer fixed packages?
Some repeatable formats can be standardized, while complex productions are designed around the requirements.
Do you offer ongoing production agreements?
Yes. First Impact Live Partner is designed for organizations with recurring broadcast needs.
Live Partner
What is First Impact Live Partner?
An ongoing production relationship for organizations regularly producing town halls, webinars, executive broadcasts and other live communications.
Why use an ongoing partner?
The production becomes more efficient when the team already understands the client's brand, speakers, platforms, technical environment and workflows.
Is Live Partner a monthly subscription?
The commercial structure is designed around the organization's production calendar and requirements.
