Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how First Impact ("we", "us", "our"), based in Mexico, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit firstimpact.live or contact us through it. We wrote it to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), and Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Who we are
First Impact ("First Impact Live") is a corporate live production company operating from Mexico. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us through our contact page at firstimpact.live/contact.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically.
Information you provide: when you submit our contact form or the WhatsApp widget, we collect fields such as your name, company, email address, phone number, event details (date, location, audience size, platform) and any message you write.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
Cookies and analytics: if you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your information
We use the information described above to: respond to your inquiries and plan the production you asked about; operate, secure and improve the site; and, only where you've consented, measure site usage through analytics.
Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent, for analytics cookies and any communications that require it, which you can withdraw at any time; our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and keeping the site secure; and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, when you ask us to plan a production.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under instructions from us, to run this site and respond to your inquiries: Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Google LLC (Google Analytics, only with your consent), and GoHighLevel (customer relationship management, to organize and follow up on inquiries you submit). We do not sell your personal information.
International data transfers
Our service providers may process data on servers located outside Mexico, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this involves a transfer of EU personal data outside the EEA, our providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized under GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, generally no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or UK (GDPR): the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest; the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California or other U.S. resident (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; the right to delete it; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share your information; the right to limit use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
If you are in Mexico (LFPDPPP): your ARCO rights — Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition — over your personal data, and the right to revoke your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through firstimpact.live/contact.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we ask that no one under 16 submit personal information through our forms.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
