This production was delivered as Castelein AV — the same team that now operates internationally as First Impact.

Expertise France produces "Rendez-Vous de l'Expertise," a broadcast series built around real conversations with specialists in the field. For an episode on decent work ("Trabajo Digno"), the production moved across five very different Mexico City locations over three shooting days: the French Ambassador's residence, a studio session with regional social-security specialists, a muralist's work in La Magdalena Contreras, an outdoor interview in Coyoacán's Jardín Hidalgo, and a round-table discussion connecting in-person panelists with international experts joining by Zoom.

Each location came with its own light, its own acoustics, and its own constraints — and none of it could be reshot. The final program needed to read as one continuous broadcast, not five separate shoots stitched together after the fact.

First Impact was brought in to deliver one broadcast-grade program out of six segments shot across five locations in three days — with no visible seam between a diplomatic residence, a studio, a mural wall, an open-air garden, and a Zoom call. That meant matching color and camera treatment across wildly different light sources and ceilings, making remote Zoom guests read as full participants rather than a video-call window cut into the program, and holding clean, intelligible audio through open-air segments in Coyoacán and La Magdalena Contreras where nothing about the acoustic environment was controllable.

The brief left no room for a second attempt: six segments, one chance each. Institutional branding, lower thirds and identifiers had to match Expertise France's own standards throughout, and the final deliverable was a fully mastered program file — not raw footage handed off for someone else to finish.
